Shirley Dass, 85, of Hampton, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023 at her home in Hampton. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at the Sietsema-Atkinson Funeral Home in Hampton with burial in the Hampton Cemetery. Janyce Hansen Ingle, 85, of Iowa Falls passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at the Hubbard Care Center in Hubbard, Iowa. Funeral service for Janyce Ingle will be 10:30 am Tuesday, April 25 at the First United Methodist Church, 619 Main Street. Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 pm, Monday, April 24 at the Linn’s Funeral Home Iowa Falls Chapel. Burial will be at the Friends Cemetery, Iowa Falls directly following the service.

Michael (Mike) Aldinger, 72, of Iowa Falls passed away on April 24, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 5 -7 pm at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Iowa Falls. The funeral will take place at 10:30 am Friday, April 28th at Immanuel Lutheran Church. A burial will follow at the Alden Cemetery in Alden, IA. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls.

Thomas R. Ubben, 80, of Austinville, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Grand JiVante in Ackley. Funeral Mass will be 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ackley with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Following the visitation, a prayer service will be held.

William B. Weidemann, 87, of Dows, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Scenic Manor Care Center, Iowa Falls. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at First Lutheran Church in Dows, with burial at the Fairview Cemetery, Dows. Julie Katherine Koppes, 69, of Hampton, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023, at her home. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Counsell Woodley Funeral Home in Hampton, followed by a graveside service at 1:30 p.m., at Maynes Grove Cemetery, 1341 90th Street, Hampton, Iowa. Elvira D. Kuhlers, 98, of Meservey, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond. 

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at First Reformed Church, 620 2 nd Street in Meservey with Rev. Rodney Meester officiating. Burial will be in the Meservey Cemetery.

Robert Dale Swieter passed away on April 13, 2023. Born on July 3, 1931, in Geneva, IA to Dick and Grace (Meyer) Swieter, Bob married Shirley Thielen at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Latimer, Iowa on March 9, 1952. Bob and Shirley enjoyed seventy years of marriage.

Jolene (Jacob) Anderson of Fosston, Minnesota, and formerly of Sheffield, passed away on March 18, 2023 at her winter home in Mesa, Arizona. She served her family, church, community and friends in Ukraine through her many talents and the joy found in her Savior, Jesus Christ. 

Donald Ralph Meyer, 88, of Hampton, passed away Monday, April 10, 2023, at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday, April 16, 2023, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampton. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 17, 2023, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampton. Inurnment will take place at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in rural Hampton.

David William Craighton, 73, of Sheffield, Iowa, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023, at Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 15, 2023, at the Hampton Church of Christ, with burial in the Hampton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 14, 2023, at Counsell Woodley Funeral Home in Hampton.

Harm DeGroot, 95, of Sheffield, Iowa, went home to be with the Lord on April 9, 2023. He was surrounded by his wife, family, and friends during his last days at the Sheffield Care Center.

Michael Lynn Kreimeyer, 57, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023 at his home in Hampton, Iowa.
Michael was born June 20, 1965 in Des Moines, Iowa and adopted by Donald and Lois Kreimeyer of Geneva, Iowa.
He worked as a carpenter until his health began to fail.
Mike is survived by his daughter: Michelle Lynn Kreimeyer, Hampton; by aunts, uncles and cousins.
