Chloe Stock, 93, of Hampton, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Franklin General Hospital in Hampton. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023 at the Sietsema-Atkinson Funeral Home in Hampton with burial in the Hampton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. before the service. A luncheon will follow at the Hampton United Methodist Church following the graveside service.

Donald Dwight Rector, 89, of Clarion, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion.
He was born on September 1, 1934 in Hampton, Iowa to Charlie and Jennie Rector. He spent his youth living in the Hampton and Alexander area and graduated from Alexander High School in 1952.  He was a proud United States Air Force Veteran.

Gary Robert Butson, 81, passed away November 21, 2023 at his home in Thornton, Colorado. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023 at the Sietsema-Atkinson Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be at 12 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the Sietsema-Atkinson Funeral Home in Hampton with burial in the Lindenwood Cemetery in Geneva.

Arlene Troester, 97, of Hampton, died on November 27 at Franklin General Hospital. Funeral Services were held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampton with Rev. Karl Bollhagen and Vicar Jason Shepard officiating. A private burial was held at St.Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Latimer. Woodley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. 

Lynn Dean Depping, 76, of Madrid passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. 
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, December 4, at the Iles Sundberg Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Madrid, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m, Tuesday, December 5th at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Madrid with a luncheon to follow. Burial will take place at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery at 2 pm.
