HAMPTON—--- The Hampton-Dumont-CAL Bulldogs football team fell to 2-5 as they were unable to score in the 36-0 loss to the No. 14. Clear Lake Lions on Oct. 11.
BRITT—-- The West Fork Warhawks football team went up against a tough opponent on the road on Sept. 27 and were unable to keep up with the West Hancock Eagles as the eagles defeated the Warhawks 48-0. The Warhawks dropped to 1-4 on the year after the loss.
The past week saw two meets for the Hampton-Dumont-CAL Bulldogs cross country teams as the teams’ had their first meet on Sept. 24. at Mason City and the second meet was on Sept. 26. at Pioneer Town and Country Club.
GREENE—- The West Fork Warhawks football team lost to the North Butler Bearcats 36-14 to fall to 1-2 on the year. The game was pretty competitive in the first half as North Butler led 8-0 after the first quarter.
STATE CENTER— The Hampton-Dumont-CAL Bulldogs football team moved to 3-0 on the year following a close 16-13 win over the West Marshall Trojans on Sept. 13.
