Dorothy "Dot" Rae (Gamble) Metz, 75, of Hampton, Iowa, passed away Friday, March 6, 2020, at the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton in Hampton, Iowa. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, at 10:30 a.m. at the Sietsema Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton. Visitation will be held Monday from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Sietsema Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton. Burial will take place at the Hampton Cemetery in Hampton, Iowa.

Karen Grabbe, 77, of Sheffield, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg, Kansas. Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 12, at West Fork United Methodist Church, rural Sheffield, with Pastor Shannon Chapman presiding. Her family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the church.

Bob died at the age of 95 at Franklin Country View Nursing Facility on Wednesday, March 4th, after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, (March 7) at 10:30 a.m., at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hampton. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Saturday also at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hampton. Burial will take place at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Greene, Iowa.

Lowell Adrian Sandin, 85, of Hampton passed away peacefully March 1, 2020 at the MercyOne North Iowa Hospital in Mason City. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 21st at Faith Baptist Church in Hampton. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service.

Carol Diane Borcherding, 58, of Latimer, Iowa, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2020, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 1, 2020, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Latimer. Visitation was held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, February 29, 2020, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Latimer. Burial took place in the St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery.

Beulah Irene Shear, 86, of Dumont, Iowa, passed away Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the Rehabilitation Center of Allison. Darlyne F. Warrings of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, passed away February 5, 2020 in Bentonville, Arkansas. There will be no services. Mrs. Warrings requested her body be cremated and the ashes returned to the beautiful surroundings of the Ozarks where she and her husband loved to vacation and finally retired.

Donald Eugene Vaughn, 63, of Hampton, Iowa, passed away Monday, February 17, 2020, at his home in Hampton.
