Franklin County Sheriff Aaron Dodd said the suspect drove his or her vehicle through the northeast doors of the building that lead to a hallway outside of the conference room last Wednesday evening around 10:30 p.m.
No one inside the office was injured in the collision.

A career dedicated to public service led Joel McWilliams to the role as Franklin County’s new Emergency Management Coordinator.
The Franklin County Emergency Management Commission last week welcomed the Hampton native into the position, which had been vacant since June following the death of then Emergency Management Coordinator Jason Harper. McWilliams will formally begin his service on Sept. 14.
