The Hampton-Dumont Community School Board held a public hearing to discuss the adjusted school calendar for the 2021-22 school year during their regular meeting on Monday, July 12.
The district had originally planned for a calendar including a week of Spring Break, anticipating that the state would allow remote learning to be used in place of snow days. However, the state did not move forward with that policy. With snow days once again a factor to be considered, the calendar committee went back to submit a new calendar.
