Getting ratioed

Last week I wrote about "Seinfeld" recently releasing on Netflix in a cropped state, but "Seinfeld" is far from the only show that has been compromised over the last couple decades as televisions have transitioned from 4:3 to 16:9 aspect ratios.

Many of the most popular shows from the 90s have had similar treatment over the years, getting adjusted from their original 4:3 productions to fit modern 16:9 screens.
