Climate crisis, corporate influence concerns to Steyer

Touring Iowa for the past few days, Democratic Presidential candidate Tom Steyer said he’s had the chance to hear first hand what matters to Iowans.

Visiting Charles City Monday morning, Steyer said just in that visit, he realized the potential impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) repeal, the importance of climate change and the status of Veterans Affairs efforts in the state. Those conversations, he said, allow him to hear the issues that people want to see addressed by the United States President they elect.
