A road game at West Delaware brought Hampton-Dumont-CAL a loss Friday as the Bulldogs eye the final game of the regular season coming up.
A 20-0 run by the Hawks in the very first quarter was key to the West Delaware win as the Bulldogs found themselves unable to mount an effective defense.
Putting up three points in the second quarter, the Bulldogs watched as the Hawks put up seven points in that and the two subsequent quarters to make the night 41-3 in favor of West Delaware.
