Alice Jean (Boyenga) Wille, 89

Alice Jean (Boyenga) Wille, 89, of Hampton, Iowa, passed away in Hospice at Franklin General Hospital after a short battle with cancer. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 2, 2021, at the Sietsema Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at the Hampton United Methodist Church. Burial will be at the Calvary Cemetery in Klemme, Iowa.

Alice was born December 31, 1931, in Geneva, Iowa, to John and Alberta (Rozevink) Boyenga. She graduated from Hampton High School in 1950. Alice was united in marriage to Roger Maier on October 8, 1950. Three children were born to this union; Sandra, Mark, and Kimberly. Alice worked at Farm Bureau and then for the Franklin County Treasurer's Office, retiring after 25 years of service. On July 18, 1975, Alice married Raymond Wille. Together they enjoyed traveling through all 50 states, parts of Europe, and wintered in Arizona.

Alice was a lifelong member of the Hampton United Methodist Church, serving on many committees. She was active in Mother's Club, Red Hats, and different bridge clubs. Alice also enjoyed cross-stitching where she created beautiful heirlooms. Morning coffee with her coffee sisters was a big part of her day.

Alice is survived by her daughter Sandra (Ronald) Murphy of Hampton, Iowa, son Mark (Dawn) Maier of Floyd Knobs, Indiana, daughter Kimberly (Dallas) Hansen of Hampton, Iowa, step-daughter Marian (Randy) Greiman of Garner, Iowa, and step-daughter Jodie (Gerry) Bredlow of Ankeny, Iowa; her grandchildren Trevis (R.J.) Murphy, Shawn (Shellie) Murphy, Jason Maier, Rebecca (Chad) Dyer, Nicole (Nick) Robey, Tanner (Breanna) Whipple, Makenzie Whipple (fiancé Thomas Miller), Shana (Ryan) Cash, Stacy (Aaron) Husk, Dustin Bredlow (special friend Amanda), Kelly Bredlow, Ashley (Chance) Steward, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Evelyn (Robert) McLaren of Dysart, Iowa, along with many nieces and nephews.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond, step-daughter Margo Johnson, sister Helen (the late Frank) Davenport, brothers Earl (the late Lois) Boyenga, Robert (the late Lucille) Boyenga, Howard Boyenga, and sister Donna (the late Harold) Menning.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Hampton United Methodist Church or Franklin General Hospital.
