Rockwell Lions host 12th annual North Iowa Nationals

Competition got underway last Thursday night at the North Iowa Nationals Tractor and Truck Pull at Chamber Acres. The Rockwell Lions Club was the host for the 12th annual event.
The three-day program featured four sessions of competition involving contestants from throughout the country.
In addition, breakfast was served on Friday and Saturday morning. Various service organizations also conducted food booths. The West Fork Cheerleaders also raised money by selling tickets for the 50-50 drawing that was held during each session.
Another part of the festivities was the Kids Pedal Pull on Saturday morning, which featured a record number of entries.
The Rockwell-Swaledale EMS and the Rockwell Fire Department helped to provide safety during the event.
