Wize Bize to reopen: Hampton Hardware owner acquires wholesale store

Hampton Hardware owner Jeff Hofer and company have assumed ownership of the wholesale and supply store Wize Bize.
Wize Bize, which closed earlier this year, offers discount grocery and lifestyle products. Hofer said he elected to purchase the store to fill a need for discount supplies in the area.
“We were disappointed when it closed,” he said. “Our family used this store. We liked the fact it was a good discount store for food for people that are on tight budgets.
“We wanted to help our community out and keep people shopping here in town instead of traveling,” he added.
