Judy Straw, 73

Judy Straw of Red Lodge, Montana passed awy June 16, 2022 at her home after battling cancer for many years. She was born on January 30, 1949 to Garland and Marjorie (Shaw) VanKleeck.

After graduation from Hampton Community High School and college she moved west. She spent her adult life in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. SHe worked for the US Forest Service to follow her passion to preserve and protect our environment. Judy loved reading, hiking, biking, and always exploring new territories.

Judy is survived by her brother Stanley and Deb Vankleeck of arizona, sister Joan Mulford of Texas and brother Steven and Mardell Vankleeck of Hampton. Along with nephews and nieces, cousins, and lifelong friends in Hampton, Montana and Wyoming.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and brother Paul.

Judy requested no funeral services. She was cremated and her remains will be spread in the Pryor and Big Horn Mountains.
