ACKLEY – Two more home dual wins for the AGWSR wrestling team helped improved coach Chad Gerbracht’s Cougars to 5-0 on their home mat after Thursday, Dec. 19.
Wins over BCLUW-South Hardin (48-35) and Tripoli (59-18) had AGWSR undefeated at home going into the holiday break.
Finishing the night 2-0 were Jacob Haley at 220, who improved to 12-1, already with a better record than all of last season, Bo Gerbracht (113), Jayden Bowles (126/132), Zach Johnson (138), Lane Abbas (126) and Jared Granzow (195).
