Girls Basketball All-Conference Teams

The North Central Conference announced its all-conference teams this past week, with Hampton-Dumont-CAL’s Brooklyn and Jordan Valley each earned third-team honors. 

Brooklyn Valley averaged 7.9 points per game with 4.6 steals per game. She shot 30 percent from the floor and 22 percent from 3-point range. Jordan Valley led the Bulldogs with 10.7 points per game and was also the team’s steal and assist leader with 4.9 steals and 2.2 assists per game.

Several also earned academic All-Conference for having a grade point average over 3.5. Earning that honor would be sophomores Charlee Morton, Kenzie Moorehead and Lily Hambly, junior Zoe Erdman and senior Collen Pals. Hambly, Morton, and Erdman all started throughout the season. Hambly led the team in rebounds with 8.7 per game while averaging 5.4 points per game. Morton would average 4.3 points per game and 5.6 rebounds per game for the Bulldogs.
