Willems pens to play at NIACC

ACKLEY –Mandy Willems of AGWSR High School will continue playing basketball after her senior campaign for the Cougars as she signed a letter of intent to North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) on Wednesday, Nov. 1.

Willems will take her long-range sharp-shooting skills to a team that also enjoys scoring and firing three-pointers.

Willems has 96 career three-point goals and 62 of those came a year ago as a junior to tie for 19th best in the state. She finished with 267 points and dished another 98 assists.
