EAGLE GROVE – The West Fork Warhawks established their claim to a road game last Friday night in Eagle Grove, posting two first quarter scores and adding another in the third for a 21-8 win to gain their first victory of the season.
The home team took the opening kick, but coughed up the ball on their second snap from scrimmage as Jordan Greimann fell on the loose ball at the Eagles 36-yard line.
Four plays later, Tyson Pillard carried it in from 18 yards for the touchdown. The two-point run by Jarel Arbegast was good, making it 8-0.
