West Fork sweeps rival Bearcats

ALLISON – West Fork scored in the opening inning of a doubleheader sweep against North Butler and never trailed in a 4-1, 11-7 sweep of the Bearcats at Allison on Wednesday, June 29.
The Warhawks keyed on an early North Butler error and kept adding on to improve to 15-6, 9-5 in the Top of Iowa Conference.
Caleb Cameron went six innings for coach Lance Thompson’s team, striking out eight.
