Another June gone, another Tuesday on the Town in the books.
The final edition of this year’s Tuesday on the Town, the weekly June concert series, took place last Tuesday with a performance by Nashville recording artist Jada Vance.
Perfect weather, good entertainment and a barbecue meal by Wholly Smoke BBQ, sponsored by KLMJ, equaled a tremendous turnout for the last Tuesday on the Town for the year.
“We seemed to grow momentum every week and the last week ended up being the biggest (audience),” said Newton Grotzinger, Greater Franklin County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director. “We had truly remarkable artists this year.”
This year’s lineup included Spensha Baker, Kylie Bishop, Ben Cesare and Vance. As is Tuesday on the Town tradition, each week wrapped up with a performance by the Hampton Municipal Band.
