Supervisors discuss feuding Coulter neighbors

The Franklin County Board of Supervisors and Sheriff Larry Richtsmeier addressed an escalating dispute between neighbors in Coulter during the board’s meeting Monday morning.

 

Supervisor Corey Eberling, whose district includes Coulter, said he met with a group of concerned citizens in the small Franklin County town recently to discuss problems with one of their neighbors. The citizens claimed the individual makes harassing threats, supplies alcohol to minors and in one instance exposed his genitals during a dispute. The group feels the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is failing to address the problem, as the individual has been troublesome for the past few years.
