Shirley (St. John) Oltmann, 84, of Hampton, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa in Mason City, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the Zion Reformed Church in rural Sheffield, Iowa. Burial will take place at the Zion Reformed Church Cemetery in rural Sheffield. Rev. Arthur Zewert will be officiating.
