Seven Stars Family Restaurant changes hands

     Statement of full disclosure: Frankie Aliu is a marketing representative at Mid America Publishing, owner of the Hampton Chronicle.
    It’s been business as usual at Seven Stars Family Restaurant following a recent change in ownership.
    Frankie Aliu bought the local diner from his uncle, Nick, in January. Aliu was excited to keep the business in the family and said the purchase was a no-brainer.
    “It was a family decision,” he explained. “My uncle bought another restaurant in Clear Lake, so he wanted to focus on things up there.”
    Aliu’s family has owned Seven Stars since the mid-1990s. It’s become a popular gathering place for Sunday dinners and everyday dining over the years, and Aliu wanted to build on that tradition under his ownership.
