Rockwell man faces felony charge for Hampton fight

A Rockwell man faces a felony charge for his role in a disturbance at a Hampton business last week.
Merced Rovels, 23 of Rockwell, was arrested and charged with willful injury, a Class D felony, stemming from a fight at the Coconut Lounge Saturday, August 4.
Additionally, Denis Regalgo, 19 of Rutland, Isai Gomez, 23 of Rockwell and Melchor Perez, 19 of Rockwell, were all charged with disorderly conduct. Perez was also charged with not having a driver’s license and speeding.
