"Pokémon Go" gets Hampton going

     Twenty years after its debut on Nintendo's Game Boy video game system, "Pokémon Go" has reignited the Pokémon craze in a way not seen since the 90s.
     Developed by Niantic and licensed from The Pokémon Company, the free app for mobile phones uses GPS and augmented reality to turn real world places into hunting grounds for Nintendo's famous series of monsters. Since its release in early July, "Pokémon Go" has been met with unprecedented success, inspiring millions of players to get outside and 'Catch 'em all.'
     "I think it's a great game to get people motivated," said Jason Grant. "I see a lot more people walking around than I have in the past."
     Grant has used the game as a motivator to take his young daughter out for walks, encouraging both of them to get some exercise and fresh air, and he is far from the only one that sees the health benefits of the game.
