The Franklin County chapter of Pheasants Forever hosted their 33rd annual banquet fundraiser on Friday, March 29.
Hunting enthusiasts packed the Franklin County Convention Center to support Pheasants Forever, with 425 tickets sold to enjoy a prime rib dinner and an evening of games and socializing with fellow hunters.
The annual dinner is the largest fundraiser of the year for the group, taking nearly the whole year to organize the sponsors, caterers, and volunteers.
In addition to dinner, the big attraction of the evening were the many different raffle games people could participate in. Some games offered stuffed animals or steak knives to buy, with each sale coming with a chance at a bigger prize. Others allowed for random draws for a chance at a donated item.
