SHEFFIELD – West Fork led for much of this Top of Iowa East Conference contest against unbeaten and Class 3A fifth-ranked Osage.

But the Green Devils are ranked and unbeaten for a reason, rallying by the Warhawks for the 46-39 win on Saturday, Jan. 27.

“We just offensively couldn’t do enough,” West Fork coach Rodney Huber said. “I think we shot just 30 percent tonight. And we’ve had to keep games close with our defense. And we are a good defensive team, but we had some missed opportunities for sure on the offensive end.”
