MINNEAPOLIS – Hampton-Dumont graduate and Buena Vista University four-year starting quarterback Cole Miller had one final moment on the football field that was a memorable one.
He competed in the All American Bowl, at USBank Stadium in Minneapolis, home of the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday, Dec. 22.
The game, a free agent football showcase that was founded in 1996 to help athletes get the opportunity to compete against the best at their level in an all-star game setting. It gives the athletes taking part a chance to be scouted by professional football teams.
“I was nominated for the bowl game by my coaching staff at BVU and was lucky enough to be invited,” Miller said. “To get ready for the game, I continued working out and throwing with some of my teammates from BVU.”
