Lloyd Ellis Dodd, 94, of Hampton, Iowa, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Franklin Country View Nursing Facility in Hampton. A Celebration of Life Service was held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 17, 2017, at the Hampton United Methodist Church in Hampton, with burial in the Wayside Cemetery in Chapin. Visitation was held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., on Monday, prior to the service at the church. A lunch was served in the church basement following the burial. The Sietsema Vogel Funeral Home of Hampton handled the arrangements.
