Former board member supports Miller’s re-election
 
            I was on the Hampton-Dumont school board for 29 years and worked with many different board members over that period of time. When Stacy Miller was first elected he was quite young, but I soon found that he was mature beyond his years.
            As he continued to serve, we knew we could count on him to have very thoughtful and reasoned responses to every issue that was discussed. I grew to have a great deal of respect for his opinion and feel that he is an extremely strong board member. He always had the best interest of the students in mind when he was deciding on important issues.
            I wholeheartedly support Stacy Miller for re-election to the Hampton-Dumont Board of Education. Please get out and vote on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
