Video games may not be the best for kids

To the editor:

What do parents do when they have had enough f their kids and just don’t want to hear them anymore? Some parents don’t like to think it because they are all stressed out. But, when parents usually go to the store and they go to the store with their kids, there is always a time when the kids ask their parents to buy them a video game or something but the parent wants to say no, but knowing how their children behave when you say no, you don’t even want to see it or hear it, so rather than saying no, they say yes. Well, the thing that parents might not know is that video games are bad for their kids.

Now that parents have done everything they could to keep their children from behaving, crying, or screaming. Well, some parents do put their kids in front of the screen and they give them video game controls. Don’t panic know that video games can cause needing glasses in some occasions plus over weight not participating in sports not doing their best in school plus sleeping during class in school. But some parents think video games are good, not me. The only reason why parents have their kids play video games is because the games help them control their kids. Well some parents might agree with me or not. I guess you will never change what parents think.

Parents sometimes may wonder why their kids misbehave or are so violent, well my thinking may be different than others, but all that is behaving comets from the game they bought for their kids why don’t parents use a minute of their life check what game they are buying, if its safe, or appropriate for their kids. Some games contain killing, blood, and guns. I think each parent in Hampton should know by now the kinds of video games they would like their children to pay.
