HDMS girls win relays at annual Mike Henderson state track & field meet

WAUKEE – Hampton-Dumont’s girls’ track & field future may be quite bright.
Middle school coach Steve Huling brought four seventh and eighth graders each to the annual Mike Henderson junior high track meet held this year at Waukee Stadium, bringing home several top-eight finishes.
Among them were wins in all three relays run, including the 4x200, 4x400 and sprint medley relays among the seventh grade small class for the quartet of Courtney Miller, Kaci Arjes, Tara Krull and Claire Wragge.
