HDHS gets new weight room

The Hampton-Dumont High School has a new weight room this year, thanks in part to a Hampton-Dumont Foundation grant of approximately $20,000.
The new equipment is branded with the bulldog logo, along with an “H-D” logo, and consists of six power racks, six platforms, six benches, rubberized weight plates and six Olympic bars. Weight-room Coach Corey Quail said that the new equipment was necessary for the vision that the coaches and athletic officials wanted for the H-D community.
