Hampton resident runs in-house cupcake company

Megan Pecha started making gourmet cupcakes five years ago, when she decided to create them for her wedding.
Since then, Pecha has been making cupcakes for various events and fundraisers, and now operates her own bakery, called Nut Meg Bakehouse, right out of her home.
Pecha said that there are no businesses in the area that do what she does. The cupcakes she serves up out of her kitchen are about twice the size of a normal cupcake, and she also has over 60 unique flavors that she created with her own twist.
