A note from one of Tasha Harper’s high school teachers has encouraged the Hampton native to find time to continue her life as a published writer.
“She (Carolyn Hanson) gave me a card when I gradu-ated that said no matter what I got in to, to never stop writ-ing,” she said.
Harper, now Tasha Janssen, has done just that even while pursuing a career as a nurse practitioner. After a three-year break from writing, Harper has finished her latest book, “Hypocrite.”
She said she started it three years ago but stopped to focus on her bachelor’s degree. She said Hanson’s note was the inspiration to continue and complete her latest work.
