H-D nabs top-eight finishes at Wartburg

WAVERLY – A trio of Hampton-Dumont track athletes finished among the top-eight at the final Wartburg Indoor meet of the season on Tuesday, March 13.

The meet, as always, does not keep team scoring.

The top finish among them was Patty Teggatz, who came out of the second heat in the 800 to finish third. She won the heat, busting her seed time by 13 seconds.

She finished only behind Paige Holub, state cross country champion from Monticello...
