Grover gains lone win for H-D tennis

HAMPTON – A bright spot in Hampton-Dumont’s 8-1 girls tennis loss to Clear Lake was freshman singles player Briana Grover.

Grover improved to 2-1 on the season with a 10-3 win at No. 5 singles a week after being moved up from No. 6 singles.

“Briana Grover is off to a good start in her varsity singles career,” H-D coach Mark Drier said....
