Good day for AGWSR at sectional

CLARKSVILLE – Save for a few hiccups, AGWSR wrestling coach Chad Gerbracht was happy with advancing five of his eight wrestlers out of the Class 1A Sectional meet at Clarksville to this Saturday’s district meet to be held at Denver.
“It’s been a while since we’ve had five district qualifiers, we’ve got a lot of young ones in there, we’ll be back next year, as well,” coach Gerbracht said. “We actually had some tough draws in there but if they wrestle the way they did today…as I mentioned to them from the time they warmed up to the time we had our last match, they were focused and ready to go.”
