A report ranking the healthiest counties in Iowa recently gave local residents high marks for their commitment to exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
County Health Rankings & Roadmaps picked Franklin County as the 20th healthiest county in the state this year. The report combines data from a wide range of vital health factors like obesity rates, income levels and access to healthy foods into an annual list.
