Many Iowans who appreciate their home state do so with a fierce, lasting passion. Those who hail from Iowa have a lot to be proud of, and Relay for Life of Franklin County wants to help locals put the honor of Hawkeye State residency on display.

According to Sheri Bogue, Franklin County Relay For Life's Event Chairwoman, for the entire month of March the foundation will be selling "Love Your State" t-shirts and sweatshirts with the pictured design: an outline of the state, with "love" in script penmanship incorporated in the bottom border.

The design, offered through the American Cancer Society last fall, is now being offered locally. All proceeds of the sales will go to benefit Relay For Life of Franklin County.

The merchandise is offered in vintage purple and smoke gray.
