Hollywood took a backseat to local theater this weekend at the Windsor Theatre as the Franklin County Arts Council performed their summer play, "Love, Sex, and the I.R.S."
Directed by Jim Davies, assisted by Wendy Buseman, the play centered around roommates Jon (Jacob Foster) and Leslie (Colt Powers) and a love triangle between them and Jon's fiancé, Kate (Jessica Miller.) The complicated romantic entanglement becomes more perilous when the trio is forced to scheme against tax fraud investigator Floyd Spinner (Steve Huling), who believes that Leslie is a woman and is married to Jon.
Further complicating the scheme was the arrival of Jon's mother (Moli Gerken) who enlists the aid of a rogue officiary (Jim Davies) to move the wedding along.
