Emergency crews respond to fire at 3rd Avenue Southeast

Members of the Hampton Fire, Hampton PD, Franklin County Emergency Management, and Franklin County Sheriff's Office responded to a house fire this afternoon in the 400 block of 3rd Ave. S.E.
