CAL leads in all three sets of sweep

LATIMER – Snagging leads in all three sets of its match against Valley Lutheran, somehow the CAL volleyball team couldn’t hold on in a 25-19, 26-24, 25-23 sweep by the visitors on Tuesday, Oct. 3.
The Cadets (1-13) played the Crusaders a little more than two weeks ago, playing them to as close a match (2-1) in a loss this season.
“They are a lot better than the first time we played them,” CAL coach Brittni Miller said. “They moved a lot better than they did, had a lot better coverage than the first time we played them..."
