Bulldogs' intensity picks up in rout of Eagle Grove

HAMPTON – If there were worries about No. 15-ranked Hampton-Dumont’s post-season possibilities a week ago, the Bulldogs put them to rest with a resounding 76-33 win over Eagle Grove on Tuesday, Feb. 4.

Kennedy Wohlford was dominant in picking up her 11th double-double of the season, scoring 13, adding 11 rebounds and finished with five blocked shots.

Three of the blocks were in one sequence in the first half in which she kept denying the Eagles shooters when they got the ball back off of her block. She is third in the state in overall blocks with 92.

“We came out with great energy tonight,” Hampton-Dumont head coach Chad Johnson said....
