Bulldogs girls soccer puts hurt on Belmond-Klemme

Hampton-Dumont/CAL hosted Belmond-Klemme on May 10. The Bulldogs blasted the Broncos in a 7-0 victory.

In the first half, the team put up four goals and finished off with three additional goals in the second.

Franka Schmid went above a hat trick and scored four goals with seven shots on goal. As a team, HDC hit 17 shots on goal.

Kimberly Guillen, Irlanda Tangarife and Laren Meader all scored a goal for the team as well.

Meader had four assists and Tangarife had two assists.

Schmid recorded an assist as well.

Faith Grover in the net had 10 saves on the day for a shutout victory.

HDC will have played Applington-Parkersburg on Tuesday.

They will face Dike-New Hartford on Friday at home.

The game will start at 5:30 p.m.
