The members of the Hampton City Council got an earful of head-scratching and stomach churning complaints from two local woman at their Oct. 10 regular meeting.
Evelyn Goodell and Madonna Weiland appeared before the city council during public comment to discuss allegations that one of their neighbors was defecating in his yard, allegedly walking around nude, urinating in public and reportedly eating leaves and toilet paper he finds on the ground.

"We're here to complain about our neighbor," Weiland began. "We have a serious issue."
