Albert Joseph Kollasch, MD

Albert J. (Doc) Kollasch was born in 1940 and died at the Belmond Health Care Center, November 11, 2016, after a long struggle with Parkinson’s disease. A memorial service is tentatively planned in Belmond for the first weekend of December, with information to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your preferred charity.
