AGWSR girls held scoreless for long span in 10-point loss

ACKLEY – A last-second shot by South Hardin to end the first quarter started a drought for AGWSR that proved costly in the end in an eventual 71-61 loss to the Tigers on Friday, Jan. 9.

The Cougars were 23-of-67 from the field and were outscored 16-10 in that second quarter in trailing 31-26 at the break.

Coach Laurie Gann's team never fully recovered from that deficit.
