The sudden snow didn't slow things down for Access as they held a fundraiser to support their Sixth Ave. Project on Friday, October 27.

Serving up hotdogs and hamburgers at the H-D High School, Access invited the community to enjoy activities in the gym, including a game of indoor baseball enjoying a live DJ.

Funds raised for the event will go towards making Access' 6th Ave. house handicap accessible for their residents. Since announcing the closure of The Meadows Group Home, Access is looking for homes for 12 of the people in their care. The 6th Ave. home will be able to support two of the people, but the group is continuing to search for residences for the rest.
